At Ice Fire Alchemy, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION WINDOW
Customers must contact us within 2 hours of placing their order to request a cancellation. After this period, the order processing will have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped through third-party courier companies. Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, we are unable to control the logistics and cannot cancel the order.
REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
If you successfully cancel your order within the specified 2-hour window, any amount paid will be refunded to your original method of payment within 1-2 working days.

RETURNS
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The company reserves the right to not accept returns if the product is used, damaged, or for any other reason.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@icefirealchemy.com and send your item to: Kanakia Paris, BKC F Block, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400051.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.
